This comprehensive course was provided in partnership with the CTS College.  It was developed to train and prepare persons to be successful and effective Supervisors and Managers in the workplace. This course is structured to cover the ten key areas of Leadership and Management. The course's purpose is to teach the attendees the principles of effective leadership but, more importantly, how to apply those principles in real-work situations while developing their leadership style.

Students who have successfully enrolled in the course will be provided with a link to join the class and other relevant instructions at least one day before the start of the class.
