In honor of Pinktober, the Nursery Division at our school has a special initiative to raise awareness about breast cancer. This cause is close to our hearts as we remember two of our Nursery teachers who lost their battle with cancer.
This year, we invite all our students to participate. Girls can choose to wear pink ribbons, pink socks, or both, while boys are encouraged to wear pink socks. It's a simple yet meaningful gesture to show support for those affected by breast cancer and to raise awareness about this important cause.
The event will take place this Friday October 27th, and we want to emphasize that participation is entirely optional. However, we encourage everyone who can to join us in wearing pink as a symbol of solidarity and remembrance.
Let's come together as a school community to honor those we've lost, support those who continue to fight, and spread awareness about breast cancer. Together, we can make a difference.
Thank you for your participation and support.
